    We appreciate the trust you place in us and our opportunity to serve your Association as the management company. In the current environment, we want to take the opportunity to update you on the situation with COVID-19 and the steps we are taking to ensure business continuity and the health and safety of our employees, family, clients, and business partners.

    GW will continue operations within your community.  We are committed to communicating with everyone through phone calls and emails.  However, to ensure the health and safety of our clients, business partners and team members, we are closing our corporate office for all walk-in traffic until further notice.  Please be sure to reach out to your Manager via email or phone call for assistance.    

    Please remember that although the office will be closed to walk-in traffic, we have two secure drop boxes on either side of the entrance that will be checked frequently. We also encourage you to take advantage of the online features available to you at this time. After you register and login on the website, you can remit payments (via Pay Assessments), submit modification requests (via the Modification Request section under Owner Dashboard) and obtain copies of your governing documents (under the Community Info section).

  • March 2020 - Important Update | COVID-19

    Dear Community Residents,

     

    As we continue to monitor the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus and its potential impact on our client communities, here is what we are doing at RealManage to protect our employees and the residents in the communities we serve across the nation.

     

    We have put the following additional measures in place effective immediately:

    • The employees who must continue to commute to work and are operating in the Cities and States that have a “Shelter in Place or Stay at Home” order will be provided with “Essential Duties Response Team” letters in case they are stopped by Government Authorities or the National Guard.

     

    • Maintenance personnel are continuing to address urgent concerns that do not require entry to the residence (i.e., sanitizing common areas, a light that illuminates a walkway that needs to be replaced, broken water lines that must be capped/shutoff, exposed electrical, dog waste pickup, trash removal from common areas, etc.)

     

    • All employees who can work remotely have been authorized and provided with the necessary equipment to continue to serve your community.

     

    • Remote board meetings and decision-making by web-hosted video conferences instead of in-person meetings have been highly encouraged (where allowed by state law).

     

    Our technology empowers our team to remain highly efficient, effective and well-equipped to work from anywhere with an internet connection, therefore, we expect minimal service disruptions. We are, however, experiencing an increase in call volume due to the current situation, which is resulting in longer than normal hold times.     We continue to urge you to familiarize yourself with the recommendations of experts and take precautions to protect yourself and families to reduce the spread of the virus. Here are a few resources that you may find helpful:
